Despite all the amazing FareShare statistics around number of meals, numbers of charities and community groups, value of the savings we bring to these organisations, we are still only redistributing 5% of the surplus food that is fit for human consumption and could be redistributed. That 5% number drives us more than any other and we are focusing on getting to 20-25% of all surplus food.

To help us manage and achieve this growth we need to plan for success… and that may be where you come in.

SalesForce Administrator/Developer

Location: Sheffield

About the role: You will help the Information Centre identify time-consuming internal processes and build solutions that are reliable and scalable enough to work across all of FareShare. You listen to and translate needs into high-level technical specifications, design and develop systems and consult with leaders across FareShare to ensure smooth implementations. Whether handling large system rollouts or making small tweaks that make a big difference, you help FareShare improve and work more efficiently.

Regional Manager, Scotland and Northern Ireland

Location: Scotland and Northern Ireland

As a Regional Manager you will be responsible for enhancing and growing a wide range of stakeholder relationships across your region. You will manage a regional team of Community Coordinators, who will oversee the day to day relationships with charities, the stores that they are collecting from and the retailers they are working with. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong ability to build long lasting, trusting relationships and overall be an exemplary ambassador for FareShare Go through the promotion of our brand and message.
