How to update your Organisation Profile

You have full control to update your organisation profile. You can make sure that all the information is up-to-date and best reflects your organisation.

To update your Organisation Profile

1. To sign in, go to doit.life/fareshare
2. Click ‘Sign In’ on the top right and enter your login details
3. You will be directed to Your Spaces.(Can’t see this option? Click here for more help)
4. Click the ‘Profile’ icon



5. You will be directed to your Organisation Profile. Click the three dots



6. Click ‘Edit Organisation’ from the dropdown
7. You will be directed to your profile admin. You will see the details that you previously added when you created your organisation
8. You can update any of these fields
9. Click ‘Next’
10. On this page, you will be able to update the logo, a header image and a theme colour.

To update your Logo

1. Click ‘Upload’
   
2. This will open files on your computer. Select a suitable image (please note that the image must be no larger than 3MB)

To update your Header Image

You have two options:

1. Upload a saved image from your computer
   
2. Once you have uploaded an image, a box will appear over the image with the relevant dimensions. You can move this box over the part of the image that you would like to appear.
   
3. Alternatively, you can use stock images.
4. Add a relevant keyword
   
5. Click ‘Enter’
6. You can select a suitable image. Once you have selected an image, the image will display on the left.
   

To update the Theme Colour

You can select one of the suggested colours

Alternatively, if you know the exact Hex colour that your organisation uses on your website, you can manually type the Hex value into the box

Click ‘Next’ and all your organisation updates will be saved. You will be directed to your updated profile page.
