Yeo Valley supports FareShare with new yogurt flavour

19 April 2018

Yeo Valley releases their sixth limited edition yogurt to support FareShare.

“The money raised from this fantastic promotion so far has already helped us provide 168,050 meals for people in need – here’s hoping apple and quince can get us to 200,000 meals. A huge thanks to all at Yeo Valley for their continued support.”

Daniel Nicholls, FareShare’s Corporate Development Manager

Yeo Valley is once again supporting FareShare with the release of their sixth limited edition yogurt made with leftover fruit that might otherwise have gone to waste. Left-Yeover organic yogurt, this time made with apple puree and Spanish quince, will go on sale exclusively in 380 Tesco stores across the UK from Monday 23 April 2018. They will be on the supermarket’s shelves for around 16 weeks, and 10p from every limited edition pot sold will be donated to FareShare.

The Left-Yeovers promotion has so far raised £42,000 for FareShare and is designed to draw attention to the problem of food waste and encourage people not to throw out food that is still good to eat.
