CFINE’s Homemade Pizza

Preparation time: 20 minutes

Cooking time: 30 minutes


1 cup self raising flour
1 cup Greek yoghurt
25 g cheese
1/2 onion
1 tomato
Tomato purée
And any other toppings you want!


  1. Mix the flour and yoghurt together until combined.
  2. Grease a baking sheet, place the dough onto baking sheets and press out the dough with a floured hand (fairly thinly).
  3. Lightly spread tomato purée onto dough (use the back of a spoon).
  4. Top with thinly sliced onion and tomato and finely grated cheese.
  5. Bake for about 30 mins 180c
  6. Once golden brown remove from oven and leave to cool for a few minutes before removing from tray.
