Full Time Meals: Zingy Wings

Ingredients
1kg chicken wings
2 tbsp chicken seasoning (such as New York Style Buffalo
Seasoning or Fajita Seasoning)
2 tbsp vegetable oil
For the curry dip:
3 tbsp light mayonnaise
1 tsp mild curry powder
For the veg sticks:
(Serves 4)
Method
- Whack the oven on at 180C.
- Place the chicken wings into a large bowl and add the seasoning and vegetable oil. Using your hands, toss it all together to coat the wings in the seasoning and oil. Tip the wings onto a large baking tray, so they sit in one layer. Cook in the hot oven for 40-45 minutes, until golden brown and cooked through.
- Meanwhile, make the dip. Mix the mayonnaise and curry powder in a small bowl until combined.
- Next, prepare the veg sticks by cutting the cucumber and carrots into sticks about the size of your finger.
- Once the wings are cooked, pop them onto plates alongside the veg sticks and dip to serve. Dig in!
