We have a limited number of spaces in the Royal Parks Half Marathon and Swim Serpentine events this autumn and we need YOU to take on the challenge to help us fight hunger and tackle food waste in the UK.

Event: 13.1 mile run through London’s Royal Parks

Minimum fundraising target: £350
A firm favourite with runners from all over the country, the award-winning Royal Parks Half Marathon showcases the iconic sights of London through four Royal Parks and past some of the capital’s most historic landmarks, including Buckingham Palace, Horse Guards Parade and the Royal Albert Hall.
Although undulating in parts, the course is not hilly and is great for either experienced or first time half marathon runners.

Event: 1 mile swim in Hyde Park’s Serpentine
Minimum fundraising target: £250
Swim Serpentine is a new two-day open water swimming festival that will be staged in the heart of London over the weekend of 24-25 September 2016.
Organised by London Marathon Events, the festival will be held in and around the beautiful Serpentine in Hyde Park, the venue for the open water swimming competition at the London 2012 Olympic Games.
