Corporate Volunteering

At FareShare we offer unique team volunteering at the heart of our work. Your employees will make a real difference to our daily operations.  These days are fun, physical and give an insight into how we fight hunger and food waste on the ground.

Corporate volunteering helps to demonstrate your company’s value and commitment to the charity sector. They are also a great team building exercise and can boost staff morale.

Volunteering options

We offer two types of corporate volunteering activity at our three national centres based in London, Merseyside and West Midlands. For volunteering in other parts of the UK, please contact your local FareShare Regional Centre directly.

Team Volunteer Days are very popular and a valuable part of our engagement with our strategic supporters. Therefore first refusal is given to businesses that support us financially.

However, we can sometimes offer these days on an ad hoc basis. We ask that a donation towards our work is made to cover our costs. This will help us to continue to redistribute surplus food to vulnerable people.
