Give something up, or start something new. Donate what you’ve saved (or raised) to FareShare and help get nutritious meals onto the plates of vulnerable people.

  • Go zero waste. Recycle or reuse everything!
  • Donate 40 things you don’t use to a charity shop
  • Swap your next box set for a great book
  • Eat at least five portions of fruit and veg a day
  • Go vegan for a month
  • Share your car (and cut your carbon)
  • Only buy clothes from the charity shop
  • Start using a compost bin
  • Grow your own fruit and veg (or herbs)
  • Ditch the elevator and take the stairs
