When Belfast resident Jim Kerr took early retirement following a personal tragedy, his life rapidly went downhill.
Jim had a 45 year career 22 years as a shipping loftsman and 23 years in the warehouse in DHL.
“I started drinking very heavily and this lead to my marriage breaking up,” Jim reveals. “If it hadn’t been for FareShare occupying my mind I know I would have ended up homeless through drink, if not worse.”
