BBQ Bacon Nachos


Ingredients

  • 1 Can Bacon in BBQ Stock
  • 1 Bag Nacho or Tortilla Chips
  • ¼ Tsp Smoked Paprika
  • ½ Tsp Garlic Powder
  • ½ Tsp dried mixed herbs
  • ¼ Tsp Chilli Flakes (optional)
  • Grated or Chopped Cheese
  • Sour Cream, Cherry Tomatos and Peppers to serve
  • Chopped Chive (Optional)

Method

  1. Open can and empty contents into a saucepan, heat until you can start to shred the meat.
  2. Add garlic, paprika, herbs and pinch of salt and pepper, then stir and cook until hot.
  3. Mix your soured cream and chopped chives and set aside.
  4. Once cooked, serve over the nachos, top with cheese, salads and sour cream
