You can now collect Nectar points when you donate to FareShare.

Donate to FareShare so that we can continue to fight hunger and food waste across the UK.

Make sure to add in your Nectar account number when you donate to receive 10 points per every £1 given to FareShare & receive 300 bonus points for three consecutive monthly payments if you sign up for a regular monthly gift.

Please see a breakdown of the points offer below;

For every £1 given to FareShare you will receive 10 Nectar points.

When you sign up to give to FareShare through a regular monthly donation, you will receive 10 Nectar points for every £1 given to FareShare.

After three consecutive payments from a regular gift (ie. three monthly payments to FareShare without pause), you will receive 300 bonus Nectar points.

How to donate to FareShare & collect your Nectar points

1. Go to the FareShare website
2. Click on the donate button (on the top right of the view, also available here)
3. Click to donate either a one-off amount, monthly or yearly amount (please note; additional 300 Nectar points for consecutive payments are not available via the yearly donation option)
4. Input your details through our portal, including your Nectar Card number
5. Your donation or Direct Debit instruction will be processed
6. You will receive a thank you email confirming your donation.
7. Your entire donation will be made to registered charity FareShare

Terms and Conditions – Collect 10 points per £1

1. You can collect 10 Nectar points per £1 donated to FareShare (Registered charity in England & Wales (1100051) and Scotland (SC052672)).
2. Nectar card number required prior to payment on the FareShare giving portal.
3. If you do not have a Nectar account, you will need to sign up at nectar.com.
4. Nectar points will be credited to the primary Nectar cardholder’s account within 28 days of donation.
5. Only one Nectar card may be used per donation.
6. Minimum spend to collect points = £2.
7. FareShare reserve the right to alter or terminate the Nectar points offer at any time without the need for prior notice. We reserve the right to amend or cancel these terms and conditions and the FareShare Nectar offer at any time.

9. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Terms and Conditions – Collect 300 bonus points

1. You can collect 10 Nectar points per £1 donated to FareShare (Registered charity in England & Wales (1100051) and Scotland (SC052672)).
2. You can collect an additional 300 Nectar points when you sign up to regular giving and donate at least £3 per month to FareShare via direct debit for three consecutive months.
3. Nectar card number required prior to payment on the FareShare giving portal.
4. If you do not have a Nectar account, you will need to sign up at nectar.com.
5. The 300 bonus points are only redeemable after three consecutive monthly payments without pause.
6. Bonus points are not available for yearly donations.
7. 300 bonus Nectar points will be credited to the primary Nectar cardholder’s account within 28 days of your third consecutive donation.
8. You will continue to receive the 300 bonus points every three months for as long as your monthly direct debit payment is ongoing.
9. You will not receive the extra 300 bonus points from Nectar if the monthly direct debit payment is paused or cancelled before the end of the third consecutive month.
10. Only one Nectar card may be used per donation.
11. Minimum spend to collect bonus points = £3.
12. FareShare reserve the right to alter or terminate the Nectar points offer at any time without the need for prior notice. We reserve the right to amend or cancel these terms and conditions and the FareShare Nectar offer at any time.

1. Visit Nectar brand page
2. Click ‘Donate Now’
3. Choose the number of points you would like to donate – 500 points = £2.50, 1,000 points = £5 and 2,000 points = £10
4. You will receive a thank you email confirming your donation
5. Your entire donation will be made to registered charity FareShare

Terms & conditions for points donation

1. Your entire donation will be donated to FareShare (Registered charity in England & Wales (1100051) and Scotland (SC052672)).
2. Nectar points cannot be collected on any element of the donation.
3. You must have a Nectar account with a minimum of 500 Nectar points.
4. If you do not have a Nectar account, you will need to sign up at nectar.com.
5. Nectar points can be donated in increments of 500 points, with a minimum 500 points donated per donation. 500 points is equivalent of at least £2.50.
6. A confirmation email will be sent to the email address assigned to your Nectar account within 24 hours. If you do not receive this, call the Nectar team on 0344 811 0811.
7. Your Nectar points will not be exchanged for products or any services as part of this redemption transaction.
8. The T&Cs shall be governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
9. Because your redemption counts as a donation rather than a purchase, under Charity Commission regulations we are unable to give you a refund, unless required by law.
10. Gift Aid cannot be redeemed in respect of Nectar points donations.
