Mass Participation Survey Prize Draw: Terms and Conditions

These are the terms and conditions of the prize draw for those who take part in the FareShare UK: Mass Participation Survey. The prize draw is offered and administered by FareShare UK.

  1. All entrants must be resident in the UK and aged 18 or over. Entry is not open to employees (or members of their families) of FareShare UK.
  2. To enter the prize draw participants must complete the FareShare UK: Mass Participation Survey. The survey is free to enter, and no purchase is necessary.
  3. Entrants must provide their contact details while completing the survey to be entered into the draw. Only one entry per email address will be accepted.
  4. The prize is an Amazon gift voucher worth £50.
  5. FareShare UK accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason.
  6. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
  7. The closing date of the prize draw is the 18th of December 2023, the same as the closing date of the survey. Entries received outside this time period will not be considered.
  8. FareShare UK shall not be responsible for any indirect, special or consequential damages or losses suffered by the entrant or a third party.
  9. The prize draw winner will be selected at random from all entries within 14 days of the closing date. FareShare UK’s decision will be final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
  10. Winners will be notified by FareShare UK via email or any other alternative channel within 21 days of the prize draw closing date.
  11. If FareShare UK cannot contact the winner after the prize draw closing date and receives no response to correspondence sent to the prize draw winner, FareShare UK will offer the prize to the next eligible entrant after 28 days.
  12. FareShare UK will arrange the delivery of the prize directly with the winner.
  13. FareShare UK reserves the right to cancel the prize draw or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice, due to reasons outside its control.
  14. FareShare UK shall use and take care of any personal information you supply to it as described in its privacy policy and in accordance with data protection legislation. By entering the prize draw, you agree to the collection, retention, usage and distribution of your personal information in order to process and contact you about your prize draw entry, and for the purposes outlined in the survey.
  15. Entry constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
