BBQ Bacon Loaded Skins


Ingredients

  • 1 Can Bacon in BBQ Stock
  • 4 Cooked Jacket Potatoes
  • 1 Tbsp Butter or Margarine
  • 100g Grated Cheese
  • 2 Spring Onions Chopped (Optional)
  • Salt & Pepper

Method

  1. Open can and empty contents into a saucepan, heat until you can start to shred the meat. Once hot, taste and season as required.
  2. Cut your jacket potatoes in half and scoop the middles into a bowl, add your cheese and BBQ Bacon, mix together until combined. Place this mixture back into your potato skins.
  3. Place in airfryer or on a tray in the oven and cook for 10/15 mins at 180 until golden brown.
  4. Once cooked, serve with salad and maybe some soured cream with chives.
