HOW TO TAKE PART

  1. Pick when and where your picnic will take place.
  2. Decide how you’re going to raise money. Keep it simple and ask for donations to attend, or take a look at some of the fundraising ideas in our fundraising pack.
  3. Set up your fundraising page on JustGiving so friends, family and colleagues can sponsor your event.
  4. Send out the invites. Whether your picnic is going to be an exclusive event or a big community party, make sure your guests know when and where it’s taking place.
  5. Put on a spread they won’t forget!

Over the summer holidays, many families will struggle with the additional costs of food, childcare and activities. FareShare food supports over 2,000 charities and community groups get food to children and young people who need it.

Host your picnic with purpose to fundraise for FareShare and make a difference to children, families and individuals facing food insecurity.
