Stephen Robinson


Stephen is a Chartered Accountant and a member of the Association of Corporate Treasurers. After qualifying with Deloitte Haskins & Sells in 1986, he spent the next 20 years in investment banking. He worked for three major investment banks and became a managing director and the co-head of corporate broking at Merrill Lynch and DrkW. He joined FareShare in November 2006. He chairs FareShare’s Finance Committee.

Steven Clifford

Steven is a retired lawyer who has volunteered at FareShare for a number of years. Prior to retirement he had over 40 years’ experience of legal matters in a variety of roles, working both in private practice and in financial institutions. Latterly, he specialised in corporate and financial services law, where his clients included a number of not-for-profit organisations.

Steven was appointed to FareShare’s Finance Committee in 2019.

Richard King

Richard is a highly experienced Chair and Non-Executive Director in the charity and business sectors, with significant expertise as an advisor to boards. He brings considerable business skills to FareShare, including experience of driving improvement, connecting people to strategy and staff engagement.

Richard enjoyed a distinguished and long career at Ernst & Young, spanning more than 4 decades, where he was a Managing Partner for the Regions and Ireland, with overall responsibility for a £450m budget and 4,000 employees across 28 sites. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.

As well as becoming a FareShare Trustee and joining our Finance Sub Committee, Richard currently chairs the Audit and Risk Committees of two companies and chairs the Willow Foundation, set up in memory of the former Arsenal footballer Bob Wilson, and which provides special days for seriously ill people.

Alicia Reyes Revuelta

Alicia brings a highly impressive track record of board level and leadership experience from across the banking and financial service sectors. She is credited with growing and transforming several global businesses.

Between 2016 and 2020, Alicia was CEO and Head of Wells Fargo Securities Europe for the Middle East and Africa (EMEA), as well as Acting Chair of Wells Fargo Securities International in 2019. She has also been a partner at Olympo Capital and previously spent 9 years at Barclays Capital in several roles including Global Head of Structuring, Global Head of Insurance Solutions and Strategic Equity Derivatives in the Investment Banking Division. She started her career at Deutsche Bank in Frankfurt.

Alicia has a PhD in Quantitative Methods and Financial Markets, is a visiting Professor at the Institute of Finance and Technology and fluent in 3 languages. In 2016 she was highlighted by the Cranfield Female FTSE Board Report as one of the 100 Women to Watch.

Tony Sykes

Tony is a Chartered Accountant and a is a partner at KPMG, one of the Big Four accounting firms. He joined FareShare in 2018. He is a member of FareShare’s Finance Committee.

Jerome Walls

Director of Finance, HR & Resources

Jerome is a Chartered Accountant who spent the first half of his career working in commercial management roles with international companies including Fisons plc and ICL Fujitsu and worked in Canada, Sweden and the Benelux during this period. After moving into the third sector, Jerome was Chief Financial Officer at the Shaw Trust and prior to joining Fare share was Finance Director of United Response, two of the UK’s largest service based charities operating in the employment and adult social care sectors respectively. Jerome lives in Suffolk and in his spare time is normally found on his bike and recently joined the Cingle Du Mont-Ventoux club.
