“The challenge made me think what I could do with all my ingredients. I would never have known that I could make banana tea with peel and I now know how to make vegetable stock with all my veggie scraps. It’s been a rewarding experience.”

Yes, of course. Whether you take part solo or as a team, family or household we’ll be there to give you tips every step of the way.
It’s simple. Make sure you finish everything that’s on your plate. If there are any leftovers why not ask for a takeaway box? You can always donate £5 to your page if you need a day off.
The easiest way to collect donations is to set up a fundraising page via JustGiving. Check out our helpful guide.
