FareShare is the UK’s largest charity fighting hunger and food waste.
FareShare is the only charity operating on a national scale, in partnership with our network, to redistribute edible surplus food to over a million people across the UK.
In addition to providing food, these charities and community groups help tackle the root causes of poverty and provide vital services such as domestic violence shelters, breakfast and after school clubs and older people’s lunch clubs.
Thanks to the surplus food from FareShare, our network is supporting people to have better access to food, form stronger connections and reduce isolation to improve mental health.
Please get in touch with a member of our team if you would like to interview:
Our media team is able to help with media and marketing enquiries only. If you are an individual in need of food, please see our food support for individuals page and/or if you are a family or care for children in need of food please visit the End Child Food Poverty website.
As a small team with limited resource we are unable to help students with essays, journalism or research projects. You can find more information about our work here. Alternatively, if you’d like to see the difference we make first-hand, you can volunteer.
