Click ‘Recruit’
Click ‘Opportunities’
By default, you will see your ‘Live’ opportunities. You can select the ‘Draft’, ‘Expired’ and ‘Hidden’ tabs to navigate to any draft, expired and hidden opportunities accordingly.
Click the three dots on the right of the opportunity you wish to clone
Select ‘Clone Opportunity’ on the dropdown
You will be directed to the Create an Opportunity page. All the details from the original opportunity will have been copied.
Please ensure that you are updating the information (for example, dates and addresses) to be relevant for this new opportunity.
Click ‘Next’
Published by and Published on behalf of – leave these to be your organisation
Publish From and Publish Until – this will be the date range that your opportunity will be visible on The Hub (and will be discoverable by volunteers).
Click ‘Create Opportunity’ at the bottom of the page
You will be shown a Preview of your opportunity. If you are happy with your opportunity, you can click ‘Publish’
Ensure that all the options are ticked and click ‘Publish’.
The opportunity will go live on The Hub for volunteers to find and register their interest.
If you are not ready to publish the opportunity, you can save it as a draft and publish at a later date. More information on How to publish your draft Opportunity
